A big first: a World Table Tennis Tour tournament (Word Table Tennis) will be organized at the end of the year in France. Everything but a coincidence: it will take place in Montpellier, in the south of the country, the city of the two best French players, Alexis and Félix Lebrun. The Sud De France Arena in Montpellier will host a WTT Champions from October 22 to 27, 2024. This will be the second WTT Champions tournament held in Europe. The competition will bring together the 32 best players in the world. At stake are valuable world ranking points for qualification for the last tournament on the professional circuit, the WTT Finals.
