Russia has done its math: its presence at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games promises to be significantly more massive than for the Olympic Games. Pavel Rozhkov, the president of the Russian Paralympic Committee (RPC), explained to the media on Wednesday April 24 that he anticipated the participation of more than a hundred athletes entered under neutral status. “ We hope to be represented in seven of the 22 sporting disciplines, with a delegation of 108 athletes”, he announced. For the Olympic Games, Russian participation still remains very uncertain. According to the latest estimates, it could be in the range of 35 to 45 athletes.
