“Celebrating the Games and athletes from around the world”: this is the motto of this eighth and final edition of the Olympic and Paralympic Week before the Paris 2024 Games, and it resonates with all the more force in this final stretch towards an exceptional summer. Since 2017, with Olympic and Paralympic Week, more than five million young people have been made aware of the benefits of sport and other crucial themes such as disability and inclusion through sport with this year even more projects integrating a dimension para-sport, or 6.” Tony Estanguet, President of Paris 2024.

“I am very proud to be a sponsor of this new edition of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Week as a Danone athlete, because raising awareness among young people about sport and disability is essential for me. Being in contact with thousands of children for this launch event was a fantastic opportunity to encourage them to move more while eating a balanced diet to feel better in their heads and in their bodies. We need to change mentalities and habits, for that we need everyone. » Typhaine Soldé, Paralympic athlete

Danone, partner of Paris 2024, wanted to join this event to promote the importance of eating better and moving more from a young age to help maintain good health throughout life.

“Danone is very happy and proud to be a partner of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Week and to have been associated with this exceptional day intended for thousands of young people. It was a fantastic opportunity to raise awareness about “eating better and moving more” thanks also to the support of Danone athletes. We are convinced that health comes through diet and we remain determined to do everything we can to positively transform the lives of the young generations who will be the parents of tomorrow.” Simon Van De Steen, Director of the Paris 2024 Partnership at Danone
