The organizing country(ies) will be designated following a public vote at the next FIFA Congress on May 17, 2024 in Bangkok (Thailand).
While the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023™ was a huge success, the application procedure The organization of the 2027 edition is already well underway. As the December 8 deadline approaches, three applications have been submitted by member associations from three different confederations:

the Royal Belgian Union of Association Football Societies, the German Football Federation, and the Dutch Football Federation (joint application);

the Brazilian Football Federation;

the Mexican Football Federation and the United States Football Federation (joint candidacy).

As part of this bidding process, the most comprehensive in the history of the FIFA Women's World Cup™, FIFA will carry out a thorough evaluation – which will include on-site inspections planned for February 2024 – before publishing the results in an evaluation report in May 2024.
In accordance with Application rules, the evaluation procedure will focus on the priority areas of the event concept and key parameters, infrastructure, services, commercial aspects as well as sustainable development and human rights.
The technical component of the evaluation model includes a rating system objective allowing each of the infrastructural and commercial criteria to be evaluated and weighted.
Subject to the acceptance of the candidatures by the FIFA Council, the organizing country(ies) will be designated following a public vote at the next FIFA Congress, which will take place in Bangkok (Thailand), on May 17, 2024.
