World Athletics remains faithful to its historic partners. The body announces that it has renewed its agreement with the Italian brand Mondo, the world leader in the manufacturing of athletics tracks, for a new five-year lease. Committed to World Athletics since 1987, Mondo will remain official supplier until 2029. As such, the company based in Alba, in Piedmont, will equip all major World Series events between 2025 and 2029, including the World Athletics Championships in 2025 in Tokyo, then in 2027 in Beijing, and finally in 2029 in a city still to be determined, the World Indoor Games in Nanjing in 2025, but also the Olympic Games in Los Angeles 2028, the World Relays and the U20 World Championships.
