Nice catch. The World Union of Olympic Cities announces that Thomas Bach will participate in the next edition of the smartcities & sport Summit. It will be held on November 28 and 29, 2023 in Paris. The IOC President confirmed his participation. He will be the main speaker at the opening of the summit, for an edition which will mark the tenth anniversary of the event. It will be dedicated to sporting events as catalysts for the transformation of cities. The Summit sessions will take place at the Pullman Tour Eiffel hotel for the day of November 28, then at the Roland-Garros stadium for the following day. The gala dinner, Tuesday November 28, will be held in the lounges of the Paris City Hall.
