Nice catch for FISU. The international university sports body has signed an agreement with the American group Warner Bros Discovery for the live broadcast of its flagship event, the World University Games. Under the terms of the contract, the next two editions of the multisport event, scheduled for 2025 in Turin for the winter and in the German Rhine-Ruhr region for the summer, will be accessible in 60 international markets in Europe and Asia, both on Eurosport and streaming on discovery+ and Max. In addition to live competition coverage, Eurosport has committed to producing a series of editorial content for the European market, showcasing the best university athletes. It will be enriched by the contribution of young reporters from FISU, a program launched in 2011 in partnership with the International Sports Press Association (AIPS).
