The North Koreans are in place

PYEONGCHANG 2018

The official North Korean delegation arrived this Sunday morning in South Korea, where it will attend the closing ceremony of the PyeongChang 2018 Games in the evening. It crossed the border between the two Koreas at 9:53 a.m. , at the Paju border post. The 8-member delegation is led by Kim Yong Chol, a senior leader of North Korea's ruling party. Aged 72, the latter is suspected of having been the architect of the sinking of the Cheonan on March 26, 2010, an attack which killed 46 South Korean sailors. North Korean officials will remain in Seoul until Tuesday, February 27.
