Of the 17 positive cases, 4 concerned high-level athletes. Two were dismissed because they were injured and benefited from ATU (Temporary Authorization for Use, editor’s note). The other two are Hassan Hirt and Nour-Eddine Gezzar, convicted of doping with EPO.
