The numbers change almost every day, but they remain low. According to the latest tally from the IOC, the delegation of neutral individual athletes (AIN) carrying a Russian or Belarusian passport at the Paris 2024 Games will include 32 competitors. There will be 15 Russians and 17 Belarusians, and will be represented in 10 sports in the program. During a recent daily interview L'Equipe, published Thursday July 18, Thomas Bach announced another count, explaining that 14 Russian and 16 Belarusian athletes, or 30 people, had accepted the invitation.
