The weather is capricious, with mild temperatures and rain not conducive to slope preparation, but the 2023 Alpine Ski World Championships in Méribel and Courchevel (February 6 to 19) promise to be a popular success. Exactly one month before the event, the organizers have sold more than half (56%) of the tickets. Both weekends of the competition should be sold out. The two Tarentaise resorts will host the 14th edition of the Alpine Ski World Championships for 47 days, the first organized in France since Val d'Isère in 2009.
