The Champions Trophy is being exported further and further afield. The French Professional Football League (LFP) has announced that its 2014 edition will take place in Beijing. A choice made by the League following an international call for tenders. For several seasons, this prestigious match between the French L1 champion and the winner of the Coupe de France has been relocated, respectively to Montreal (Canada), Radès (Tunisia), Tangier (Morocco), New York (United States) and Libreville (Gabon).
