This is the promise of Alexander Zhukov, the president of the Russian National Olympic Committee, in response to rumors announcing a wave of naturalizations of runners from Kenya. “We have a lot of talented athletes, we will focus on them,” assured the manager. At the Sochi Games, American snowboarder Vic Wild and former Korean Viktor Ahn, both naturalized, brought five gold medals to Russia.
