Surprise at the elective general assembly of the French Badminton Federation. Richard Remaud, the outgoing president, running for a second term, was beaten by his rival, Florent Chayet (photo below). President of the Occitanie league, the latter received 58% of the votes. Under the leadership of Richard Remaud, the FFBaD developed a very elaborate international strategy during the last Olympics, marked in particular by the organization of a major international event every year.
