The Spanish leader, president of the International Canoe Federation (ICF) and member of the IOC, was re-elected Monday April 16 as president of the International World Games Association (IGWA). The election took place as part of SportAccord, organized this week in Bangkok. Max Bishop (World Air Sports Federation) was re-elected as vice-president. Lukas Hinder (World DanceSport Federation) was appointed treasurer. The next edition of the World Games will take place in Birmingham, Alabama, in 2021.
