The Olympic Games are in sight. The World Squash Federation (WSF) intends to use this prospect to continue growing. It has just unveiled a new logohaving the characteristic shape of a field, composed of four blocks of different colors (orange, green, blue, red). The instance also adopts a new name, World Squash, following in the footsteps of many other international federations (World Aquatics, World Athletics, World Triathlon, etc.). “Squash is a rapidly evolving sportand continues to captivate new audiences both on and off the field. Our mission is to make our sport as accessible as possible, explains William Louis-Marie, general director of World Squash. It's essential that our name, logo and brand reflect this modern approach, as well as the diversity of squash players and fans around the world. Squash is currently in an exciting period, with participation and viewing figures on the rise, as our sport prepares to make its Olympic debut at LA28. The new logo and vibrant colours embody the sense of optimism and excitement in the squash community." The second phase of modernization desired by the federation will consist of reviewing the design of its website.
