A new name. And now a brand new logo. Now renamed GAISF (Global Association of International Sports Federations), the former SportAccord has a new logo. It was presented on Monday September 4 in Lausanne, headquarters of the organization, by its president, the Swiss Patrick Baumann. The logo is the work of Catalan designer José Miguel Tortajada Aguilar. Clarification: the first letter of the association’s acronym, G, is inclined at 17°, like the human heart. SportAccord decided to change its name during its last Convention, organized in April 2017 in Aarhus, Denmark.
