The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the appointment of Sanjog Gupta as Managing Director. He was previously the General Manager of Sports and Experiences at JioStar, a media giant in India. He is considered one of the architects of the modern sports ecosystem in India. Sanjog was selected following a global recruitment process launched in March. The position attracted more than 2.500 applications from 25 countries that holds the top spot.
