The British Anti-Doping Agency (UKAD) is changing its mind. Nicole Sapstead was officially named executive director on Tuesday February 24. She already held this position, but only on an interim basis, since the resignation of Andy Parkinson last December. Nicole Sapstead joined the agency in 2009 as Director of Operations.
