The International Sports Press Association (AIPS) has named its champions for the year 2014. Made up of 91 journalists from around the world, the jury named the German Manuel Neuer, goalkeeper of the world champion Mannaschaft, and American tennis player Serena Williams. The AIPS also awarded the prize for best press organization to the Football World Cup in Brazil, ahead of the Sochi Winter Games.
