Olympic champions who participated in the Games for the first time officially became Knights of the Legion of HonorThe silver and bronze medalists, for their part, received the title of Knights of the National Order of Merit. Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu was present in the assembly, as was the president of the CNOSF, Amélie Oudéa-Castéra.
