Back to basics. The International Canoe-Kayak Federation (ICF) has just recruited a general secretary. Richard Pettit, 42, is no stranger to the discipline, having served for a long time as director of media and communications for the ICF. The Briton left to join the IOC in Lausanne, where he worked for five years on the Athlete365 program. According to an ICF press release, Richard Pettit has, in addition to his knowledge of communication, solid experience in digital transformation, partnership and development.
