Return to the Cold War? According to Associated Press, the Athletes' Commission of the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) sent a very official letter to the IOC and WADA asking the two organizations to continue their investigations into doping in Russian sport. Signed by USOC biathlete Sarah Konrad, the letter was sent to Thomas Bach and Craig Reedie. American athletes express concern over recent revelations about doping in Russian athletics, urge IOC and WADA to take action to ensure Russian athletes are fit for the Rio Games in all other disciplines.
