Three years before the Rio Games, the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) does not seem to have much confidence in Brazilian laboratories. She has just withdrawn her accreditation from one of the Brazilian Olympic system labs, located in Rio de Janeiro. Without giving an official reason, but making it clear that the laboratory in question no longer met international standards.
