The Association of Asian Olympic Committees (OCA) has a new vice president. Timur Kulibayev, the president of the National Olympic Committee of Kazakhstan, was unanimously elected by the members of the executive committee to assist Sheik Ahmad Al-Fahad Al-Sabah.
