The 77th Annual Congress of the International Sports Press Association (IPSA) opened on Sunday April 27 in Baku, Azerbaijan. A five-day meeting inaugurated by Ilham Aliyev, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. No less than 270 sports journalists, from 108 countries, traveled to the Caspian Sea for a Congress which marks the 90th anniversary of the AIPS.
