The Australian Olympic Committee (AOC) has unveiled the list of candidates for its various executive positions ahead of its Annual General Meeting, which will take place on May 3. There will be no change at the top of the pyramid: Ian Chesterman, current president of the organization, will have no opponent and will therefore re-enlist for a second termThe two vice-presidential seats will be for Matt Allen and Evelyn Halls. On the other hand, the fight will be fierce for the seven office member positions, with 13 candidates in the runningAlisa Camplin-Warner, Craig Carracher, Kitty Chiller, Catherine Fettell, Michael Murphy, and Elizabeth Scott, who are already sitting on the board, are hoping to stay on. Layne Beachley, Craig Bingham, John Carey, Phil Hamdorf, Phil Jones, Susie O'Neill, and Sandra Sully are also applying.
