Sports Europe is leaning further and further east. As proof, the decision of the Association of European Olympic Committees (EOC), meeting during the last weekend in a general assembly in Warsaw, to award Georgia and the Czech Republic the organization of the European Youth Olympic Festival ( EYOF) in 2025. The winter edition will take place in Borjomi and Bakuriani, Georgia. For the summer, the continental event will set its scene in Brno, Czech Republic.
