The foundations of Amélie Oudéa-Castéra's mandate have been laid. CNOSF Board of Directors was held on Tuesday, July 15 at the Maison du Sport Français. The president set the course for the second half of the year: the coming months should allow for contributions to the Citizens' Convention on Children's Time, the establishment of the White Paper on French Sport for 2026 municipal elections, to strengthen support for small federations for the management of sexist and sexual violence, set up a “Club Emergency Fund” to help amateur clubs, or even to start drawing the “Sport for All” program on the feminization of sports employment.
The CA also created five ad hoc committees (fight against violence and discrimination; ecological transition; education and youth; economic transformation; volunteering, training and employment), a Foresight Council, a Council of multi-sport, affinity, school and university federations, as well as six working groups (equipment; social innovation through sport; culture and values; esports; statutory overhaul; status of association managers).
The CNOSF also reiterated its commitment to the preparation of the “D + 1 year” celebrations of the Paris 2024 Games, on July 26, in the presence of IOC President Kirsty Coventry, and in the organization of the first National Sports Day on September 14The body expressed its wish that " This day allows us to illustrate in an extremely concrete way everything that sport brings to society across the regions, with the mobilization of our federations, clubs and athletes ».
