Start of the year without respite for the European Gymnastics Union (UEG). Meeting last week in Lausanne, its executive committee awarded three continental meetings for the next Olympics at once. The TeamGym Europeans 2024 have been awarded to Baku, Azerbaijan, country of UEG President Farid Gayibov (also Minister of Sports). The competition will take place after the Paris 2024 Games, from October 16 to 19. The 2025 European Men's and Women's Artistic Gymnastics Championships have been awarded to Tel Aviv, Israel. They will take place from May 13 to 18. Finally, the European Men's and Women's Artistic Gymnastics Championships in 2027 will be organized in Yerevan, Armenia.
