Unprecedented scene, Wednesday April 17, in the premises of the French Football Federation in Paris. Several dozen demonstrators gathered there, after asking to be received by the president of the FFF, Noël Le Graët, about two Palestinian footballers imprisoned in Israel. The police said they had taken 34 to different police stations for identity checks, without mentioning any particular incident. The demonstrators displayed banners and signs on which were written: “Criminal Israel, complicit FFF”, “Free the imprisoned Palestinian footballers” and “We can’t do football”.
