The General Assembly of the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) will meet on September 27 in Seoul. It will also elect its Board of Directors. Ten seats will be up for grabs. The outgoing president Andrew Parsons will thus be opposed to Dong Hyun Bae to keep his position. The Brazilian has been in charge since September 2017. Seven candidates are in the running for the role of First Vice President and Second Vice President : Chelsey Gotell, Leila Marques Mota, Ming-Chu Mu, Kurt Fearnley, John Petersso, Juan Pablo Salazar, and Nick Webborn. Finally, 28 other candidates are applying to become members-at-large. Seven seats are up for grabs.
