The program for the next SportAccord Convention, scheduled for April 18 to 25, 2018 in Bangkok, is growing. The organizers are announcing a new highlight, a “workshop” offered by LawAccord and CityAccord, dedicated to hosting major sporting events. Presented jointly by Steve Townley (LawAccord) and David Simon (CityAccord), it will focus in particular on the legal implications and commercial benefits, for a city, of organizing a major event on the international calendar. This session will take place on the afternoon of Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at the Centara Grand Convention Center in Bangkok.
