In the midst of the campaign for the presidency of the IAAF, Sergei Bubka did not hold back from formulating some proposals to improve the fight against doping. The Ukrainian suggests in particular the creation by the IAAF of a sort of database bringing together coaches and the entourage of athletes (agents, advisors, etc.) who have been involved in doping cases. It would thus be possible to sanction them, or even remove them from any athletic activity.
