Info or intox ? According to their inventor, Australian businessman Aron D'Souza, future Enhanced Gameshave already attracted several dozen athletes present in less than 80 days at the Paris 2024 Olympics. Pointed out and condemned by the Olympic movement, IOC and WADA in the lead, this competition of an unprecedented type will take place without anti-doping control. Aron D'Souza explained this during an interview with the newspapers of the Australian group News Corp: “We have a large number of people signing up right now. I hope that the number of Olympians present at the Paris 2024 Games and who will participate in our Games will be between 50 and 100. You will see that at the Paris Olympic Games, some athletes will be very open to the concept of improved Games. We have a whole plan for the Paris Olympics". Swimmers and weightlifters would be the most motivated. Athletes, for their part, would be more reluctant. The Australian organizer also assured that 1.500 athletes had already applied, in one form or another, although official registrations will not begin before the end of the year. Aron D'Souza also confirmed that each participant would receive a bonus, with a prize money much more important in the event of a world record. “Our ideal candidate is not a 19-year-old who is competing in the Olympics for the first time, but rather a 28-year-old who has already competed in the Olympics twice and won a silver medal, and who thinks : “I don’t want to become a personal trainer”, suggested the Australian.
