It’s negotiation time for Lance Armstrong. According to New York Times, the former runner met Travis Tygart, the head of the American anti-doping agency (USADA), at the end of last week. A six-hour meeting, the first in more than two years, supposed to allow the Texan to benefit from a possible reduction in his suspension.
