Anelka indicted

Football

The English Football Association does not joke about ethics. She has just indicted Nicolas Anelka for having celebrated a goal with a “quenelle”, a gesture considered by some to be anti-Semitic. He denied being anti-Semitic, citing an “anti-system gesture”.
