Algerian sport does not forget its history. It will now be partly visible at the new Olympic Museum, an exhibition space of nearly 600 m2 opened last weekend in Algiers. Its inauguration was organized on Thursday January 26 in the presence of Mustapha Berraf, the president of the Algerian Olympic committee, and Abdelkader Zoukh, the governor of the city of Algiers. The centerpiece of the museum, exhibited in the entrance hall, is the African Football Cup of Nations, won by Algeria on its own soil in 1990.
