Russian athletics will not be present at the Rio Games, but its athletes will find themselves on a track this Thursday, July 28 at the Znamensky stadium. Those excluded from the Games will participate in a competition called the “Olympians Cup”. A one-day meeting where all the big names in Russian athletics are announced.
