Resistance is being organized in Russia after the IAAF's decision to maintain the suspension of the Russian Athletics Federation. Its leaders took advantage of the national championships, organized since Monday in Cheboksary, to hold an exceptional meeting of the Presidium. A meeting during which they decided to study all legal means to challenge the IAAF decision. It was also decided to draw up as quickly as possible a sort of detailed specifications, intended for athletes likely to participate in the Rio Games under the Olympic colors.
