The next edition of the SportAccord Convention could move to the Gulf and be held in Abu Dhabi. According to Marius Vizer, the president of SportAccord, the city is a candidate and its file is taken very seriously. But the decision to award the event was postponed, with two other cities having expressed their intention to apply: Sochi and Durban.
