A World Cup in a single stage

Climbing

End clap for the Climbing World Cup. The international federation of the discipline (IFSC) announced on Tuesday September 1 its decision to definitively cancel the last two stages of the circuit still on the calendar, initially planned in Seoul and Salt Lake City. The first should have taken place from May 8 to 10, 2020, with the second scheduled for June 12 to 14. Initially, the IFSC postponed them until the fall. But the international body was ultimately forced to remove both from the calendar. The Climbing World Cup will therefore be summed up this year in a single stage, contested last month in Briançon, in the French Alps.
