Among women, the typical profile displays the same age, but a height of 1,70 m and a weight of 61 kilos. The study refined its analysis for athletics, where it turns out that sprinters (100, 200 and 400 m) reach their peak at 23 years old, while marathon runners establish themselves around 29 years old. Shot putters weigh on average 118 kg, and discobolas have an average height of 1,91 m.
