As proof, the resolution taken at the end of last week by the Conference of Ministers of Youth and Sports of the French-speaking world (CONFEJES). The leaders of the French-speaking organization are currently thinking about “ mobilization capacities » which should enable Africa to ensure “ massive and quality participation » during the next major international events, including the 2022 Youth Games in Dakar and then the Paris 2024 Games. The YOG planned for Senegal in 2022 are a challenge for Africa, all African countries must mobilize to make them the African Games. in terms of quality of organization and participation, suggests Bouramah Ali Arouna.
