The International Basketball Federation (FIBA) can rejoice: 3x3 is still progressing. In its women's version, the discipline is even breaking records. The body has published the figures for the breakthrough on social networks of the 3x3 Women's Series 2024, which concluded at the beginning of September with a final in Hangzhou, China. During the 2024 season, which included 20 stops, the women's world circuit totaled 50 million impressions on its digital platforms, up 51% compared to the previous year. It recorded 41 million views, a 64% increase from 2023. The 3x3 Women's Series final in Hangzhou alone generated 5,6 million impressions, compared to 2,6 million in 2023. The number of viewers also increased significantly, from 1,8 million last year to 4,5 million this year.
