Casting change at SOLIDEO, the public institution in charge of delivering the permanent sites of the Paris 2024 Games. Nicolas Ferrand, its general director since its creation, is leaving. He will be replaced as of September 16 by Yann Krysinski (photo above), who has held the position of director of operations since June 2020. With the Games over, his mission will be to lead the so-called "legacy" phase of the sites, including the athletes' and media villages. The first will be transformed into a new district of 2800 homes, in the town of Saint-Denis, where 6000 residents and as many employees will live together. The second, located in Dugny, also in Seine-Saint-Denis, will have 1200 new homes. The reconversion phase of these two villages should last 16 months.
