Eurovision Sport is going all-in on women's football. The streaming platform of the EBU (European Broadcasting Union) is announcing the launch of a new weekly magazine on Tuesday 17 September. Its name is W – Sport's Women's Football Weekly. It will feature free-to-air highlights from the main women's football leagues in Europe and the United States each week. As a bonus, Eurovision Sport will also be broadcasting live some of the matches from the U-20 Women's World Cup, which will be played in Colombia from 31 August to 22 September. Last month, the EBU signed an agreement with UEFA, which is being described as " history » for the broadcast of the Women's Euro 2025 in Switzerland in 34 territories, with extensive coverage by public service media, supplemented by additional coverage on Eurovision Sport.
