Casting change at World Rugby. The body based in Dublin, Ireland, announces the arrival next month of a new financial director. Not surprisingly, he is British. Neil Hitchen (pictured above), the current finance director of City Football Group, will replace Robert Brophy who left his role in June. Neil Hitchen began his career in the music industry, at the independent label Factory Records, before moving into the world of media and cinema, respectively at twofour54 Abu Dhabi, ITV and Virgin Media, before launching into the sport and joining City Football Group, where he served as CFO for international operations. The arrival of Neil Hitchen follows that of Jasmin Allott as director of technology at World Rugby.
