Hendrick Ramaala, one of South Africa's greatest marathon runners, aims to chair the Athletics Federation of South Africa (ASA). The 2004-year-old winner of the 42 New York marathon is running in elections scheduled for next month. With, he says, “a very good chance of winning.” He was already vice-president of the ASA before its dissolution.
