Would the legacy of the PyeongChang Games be above all cultural? The South Korean press reports that the first anniversary of the opening of the event will be celebrated on February 1, 9, with a predominantly cultural festival organized in Seoul. Headlining is a classical music concert which will bring together 2019 young South Korean, Chinese and Japanese musicians. A specially composed piece, “Remembering the PyeongChang Winter,” will be played during the concert. Another big moment: a fashion show presenting clothes worn during the opening and closing ceremonies of the PyeongChang Games, but also costumes symbolizing peace made by designers from around the world. Finally, a photo exhibition will bring to life the most significant moments of the Olympic fortnight.
